1. Service Description

NextMove provides on-demand delivery, cargo transport, concierge, car rental and logistics services in Cameroon through its platform.

2. User Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate pickup and dropoff information
• Customers are responsible for correct package descriptions
• Drivers must maintain valid licenses and vehicle documents
• No illegal items may be transported

3. Booking and Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before a driver accepts
• Cancellations after driver acceptance may incur a fee
• NextMove reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of safety concerns

4. Payments

• Prices are estimates — final price confirmed at pickup
• Payment is collected by the driver at time of service
• NextMove is not liable for payment disputes between parties

5. Liability

• NextMove is not liable for delays caused by traffic or weather
• Maximum liability for lost or damaged packages is limited to the declared value
• NextMove is not responsible for prohibited items

6. Driver Terms

• Drivers must complete verification before accepting deliveries
• Drivers operate as independent contractors not employees
• Fraudulent activity results in immediate account suspension

7. Account Termination

• NextMove reserves the right to suspend any account violating these terms
